Changes to the NEPKE program.

The New England Program for Kidney Exchange (NEPKE) is now part of the national kidney exchange pilot program operated by the federal Organ Procurement and Transplantation Network. For more information about this program click here.

For transplant candidate and their potential living donors:
If you are intersted in living donation options (either as a transplant candidate, as an incompatible living donor/candidate pair, or as a potential living donor) please contact the "Living Donor Coordinator" at the transplant center where the transplant candidate is listed.

For "Good Samaritan" donors:
If you are interested in becoming a "Good Samaritan" or "altruistic" living donor and do not have a particular transplant candidate to whom you wish to donate, please contact the "Living Donor Coordinator" at the kidney transplant center nearest to you.

For past NEPKE participants:
If you are a past participant in NEPKE and are interested in corresponding with your donor/recipient or volunteering, please contact New England Organ Bank's Aftercare Services at 1-800-446-6362 or by email here.
